I’ve always believed kids belong at home with their families, and I’m grateful to have helped build a company that makes that possible. As a co-founder and Vice President of Operations, I focus on supporting our staff, solving challenges, and ensuring everything runs smoothly so families can focus on what really matters—their children. My experience includes operational leadership in pediatric home healthcare, along with a strong foundation in sales and sales management from a diverse industry background—both of which have shaped my leadership style and problem-solving approach. Every day, I show up ready to listen, learn, and do better than the day before. To me, success isn’t about titles or numbers—it’s about knowing that a child is safe, comfortable, and getting the care they need at home.
